How are my drill sessions personalized?
When you set up your profile, DrillUp uses your position, skill level, and training goals to generate drill sessions suited to you. The more you train, the better the recommendations get.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a basketball and access to a hoop. Some drills can be done at home without a court — the app will tell you what's required before each session.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find DrillUp, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open DrillUp, go to Settings within the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The app isn't working correctly — what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with a description of the problem and your device model.
